2. Camera and Facial Recognition Data (TrueDepth API)

What Information We Collect

  • 3D facial landmarks and geometry data from Apple's TrueDepth camera
  • Head pose and orientation data (rotation angles around X, Y, Z axes)
  • Face tracking anchor points for detecting neck movement patterns
  • Real-time depth map data to determine head position changes

Purpose of Collection

  • To verify completion of neck exercises designed to encourage healthy screen time breaks
  • To detect specific neck movement patterns (left/right rotation, up/down nodding) required to unlock blocked apps
  • To provide real-time feedback during exercise performance
  • To ensure exercises are performed correctly for optimal user experience

Data Storage and Sharing

  • No Storage: All TrueDepth data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded—nothing is saved to device storage or memory
  • No Transmission: Face data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers or any third parties
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Zero sharing with analytics services, cloud providers, or any external entities
  • Processing Location: All processing occurs locally on your device using Apple's ARKit framework

Privacy Safeguards

  • This feature requires iPhone X or newer devices with TrueDepth camera support
  • Camera access is entirely optional—you can use all other app features without granting camera permission
  • Face tracking data exists only during active exercise sessions and is purged immediately upon completion
  • No facial recognition, identification, or biometric profiling is performed

3. Photo Library Access

  • Access to your photo library when you choose to select custom lock screen images
  • Only the photos you explicitly select are accessed and used locally within the App

4. Analytics and Usage Data

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

International Data Transfers
